Our Founder
Felicity Love was born and raised in England and now works as an HR professional for a global insurance broking firm in Philadelphia, PA.
Felicity has always had a strong desire to help children and believes that the environment in which a child is raised can be a tremendous help in ensuring a successful future. For Felicity, it started in childhood when someone took an interest and uplifted her in a way that made a huge difference in how she viewed herself and her own potential. This had a life changing, knock-on effect, which influenced her to discover her own career path and realize it only takes the kindness of one to change the world of another.
When Little Loves was established in 2015, Felicity envisioned the charity would be a platform to enable an environment to be created within which children on the periphery of society are uplifted and encouraged to maximize their full potential and set on a path for a bright future.

Treasurer
Elizabeth lives in London with her husband Scott, whom she married in October 2015. Having grown up and attended school with Felicity, she graduated with a first class honors degree from UCL in 2005 and went on to work in financial services, for HSBC, Accenture and others, both in the UK and US. In 2014 she co-founded a company called modelogiq, which is her current business focus.
Having always loved school summer camps as a child, Elizabeth has volunteered ever since at similar events and currently serves as a youth leader at her local church. Yet it was a simple google search in 2009 that led her across the world, to a one of the poorest parts of India, to a place that would change her life forever and where a big piece of her heart still resides.
She found herself volunteering at a school and children’s home in rural Andhra Pradesh, India, the beneficiary of our inaugural fundraiser, where she also returned with Felicity in 2012. The inspiring children there, whose life circumstances would seem to have denied them so much, greatly challenged Elizabeth and to this day continue to fuel her passion to help every child reach their true potential.

Media Director
Annie Dixon currently serves as Media Director on the Executive Board of Little Loves. She met Felicity while attending Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK, while obtaining a degree in communication arts.
Her passion to help those in need locally and abroad grew as she traveled to over 8 countries to do missions work from the time she was a teenager. After college, she moved to Southern California to help pastors Ray and Beth Wilson with their ministry. She volunteered at the Dream Center while living in Los Angeles.
She recently married the man of her dreams, moved to Nashville, TN, and is now traveling with him full time. She wanted to be able to “help feed orphans” as written down in a notebook weeks prior to joining the Little Loves Organization.
