It is with great joy that I announce to you all that the piece of land I referred to in the last blog is actually just down the road from our previous site and they are giving us the same price. Samuel has put down a deposit for the land and we are going through the final checks before we release this information to the public.

At this time, we are praying it will all go smoothly and we will be able to close and perform a change of titles by the end of the week.

We are thrilled with this news and we will be sure to keep you posted on progress reports!
